Kayden looked at the beauty beneath him. Her lips which he had already rough handled and her twins which were just begging for attention.
There was nothing that he wanted more than to make her scream his name to the hearing of the entire castle.
Kayden's POV
I didn't want to hold myself back but I had to.
"I'm…I'm sorry" I got away from her, turning my eyes from her but she kept trying to make me look at her.
"What is it?'' Please say something?" She kept on repeating when she noticed that I had smashed my fist into the wall, with my forehead kissing the wall.
I didn't want to look at her, I just wanted to stay away from her. But she was just too close to me, her scent was pulling me closer to her.
"Kayden" she called out to me softly and touched me on my shoulder, at that point I lost my senses completely.
I lost it, the demon in me took over and pushed her to the ground.
"Ahh" she yelped in pain as she had bruised her elbow and probably hurt her arm while she was falling.
But I didn't care to look at how hurt she was, even if that was what I wanted to do more than anything. I needed to protect her from me, I can't let her see the demon in me.
Heaven's POV
I'm I so unattractive that he wouldn't want me?. I thought he loves women but clearly, he isn't interested in me.
But what difference does it make? Why do I feel this way? I heard my phone beeping and picked it up.
"Can we meet? At least you owe me an explanation for what happened the other day" I read Jason's message.
So after what happened the other day he still wants to meet me? I wonder what he wants us to talk about, I probably owe him an apology, a really big one.

Heaven's POV
I stretched my hands and legs, forcing myself to get out of bed. It was a Saturday and the day seemed to have a lot to offer, or so they say.
I walked out of my bedroom and the first person that came to my mind was Kayden. He still hasn't spoken to me after what happened the other day.
I wanted to walk past his room but I found myself knocking on his door.
"Kayden…Kayden…. Please open the door. I am sorry" I spoke softly. I don't know why I was apologizing, I just needed him to talk to me just once. His silence was killing me.
"He has come to his senses, so I am not sure he is going to open the door for you" Emma had walked in on me, and to be very honest, she looked dashing in her yellow suit.
"Good morning Emma" I greeted her with a very big smile on my face, which soon faded because of the looks she gave me.
"Never you, in your dirty life, open your mouth to address me as Emma. I am not of your status, so it would be in your best interest if you address me as princess Emma" she raised an eyebrow at me and rolled her eyes.
Now, I can see clearly why Kayden refused to get married to her, she is even worse than Imogen.
I heard a sound coming from my right hand side, but before I could analyze what it was. I felt a hand grab my wrist and pull me into Kayden's room.
It happened so quickly that I became scared, and for a moment I thought I was being kidnapped.
I looked up to see who it was, I wasn't too surprised to see Kayden's face flashing in front of me. With his hand just above my head, he had successfully pinned me to the door.
He was completely shirtless and had a short towel wrapped around his waist.
"What were you doing with Emma?" He arched his eyebrows and looked at me like a suspect.
I didn't even know what to say, he wrapped his left hand around my waist and pulled me even closer to him.
His right hand was still firmly on the door, he licked his lips and turned away from me before letting me go and walking some distance from me.
"Why are you here?" He said in a rather harsh and unpleasant tone.
"I came to apologize to you" my voice was cracking and I didn't know why.
"Why?" He was rather puzzled by my last statement.
"I don't know what I did, but you have been upset with me, and you just refuse to talk to me.
You have been avoiding me lately" I tried to focus my eyes on nothing in particular, just darting them at random objects.
"Please, just go away from here" he pinched the bridge of his nose, while he backed me..it was as if he didn't even want to look at me, let alone be in my presence.
"Why?" I was so confused, I needed an answer.
"I said GO!!" He shouted at me and turned around to look at me.
"I'm not going!!" I shouted back at him. This was the first time I was shouting at him. I couldn't even say a complete sentence to him without stammering, and here I was shouting at him.
"What is wrong with you? Why can't you listen to anything I say? Do you want to get hurt?!!!" He kept on shouting as he walked towards me.
Suddenly, I found it difficult to breathe and turned my face away from him, while I leaned on the door for support.
"I have been listening to you up until now" I whispered and wondered if he heard me.
"You are pushing me to do things I don't want to do to you. Please go" he pleaded in almost a cry but I wasn't willing to listen to him.
"I'm still staying" I pouted my lips.
"Why can't you understand!!!" He raised his voice and slammed his hand on the door, just above my head.
I was very frightened indeed but I wasn't willing to leave him alone.
He held the towel on his waist and closed his eyes very tightly. He looked tense, for the first time Kayden was tense, I just cannot believe it.
I read in a book that a kiss was enough to ease tension, should I try it with Kayden? We have kissed before so it shouldn't be different.
