I shot zion a look but he wasn't bothered at all and it angers me the more. He was behaving as if he did nothing to me. The bastard knew exactly what he did.
I was done dressing up but my eyes didn't waver from staring at him. Zion exhaled loudly when the staring became unbearable for him.
" What is it, Ella? What have I done again?"
" Oh please" I rolled my eyes " Stop pretending as if you didn't know what you did"
He smirked, " Are you still angry because of what happened earlier??"
I stomped on my foot " Yes of course. That was rude"
" ok I'm sorry" he didn't look sorry at all.
I scowled " Whatever"
" love, I said I was sorry"
He came close to me trying to hold my hand. I pushed him away " Don't touch me "
" Are you gonna be mad forever?"
" Yes," I pouted.

He sighed out of frustration " let's get going "
I huffed " You think I'll follow you just like that? You gotta be serious!"
" What do you want me to do then?" He asked.
" Tell me where we're going to first," I said.
" We are meeting some people "
I wasn't satisfied with his answer " These people you're talking about don't have a name?"
" of course they do"
" Then tell me who they are " I insisted.
" You'll get to see them so I see no need"

Zion knew I won this time. He rolled his eyes when he saw the smirks " Ok fine. My parent. You are meeting my parent "
" What?! are you kidding me!" I almost screamed " I'm going nowhere" I turn around to change out of my dress but Zon pulled me back around my waist.
" Where do you think you're going, love? "
" Please let me go. I can't meet your parent as this " I told him.
He looks confused " like how?"
" why do I need to meet your parents? What is the need for that? I'm not your girlfriend or something "
" of course you are my girlfriend. You are the one having issues accepting that fact" he said.
I folded my arms " Look, I'm not ready and I'm going nowhere" I stood my ground.
Zion smirked mischievously, I'm sure he has a second plan " Then I'll carry you"
I screamed when he bent to lift him. I'm not going to allow him, never " Let me go!"
He let go" Do you promise to walk on your own free will or I carry you?"
" of course I'll work" I glared hard.
" Good. Be the good girl you are and lead the way" he said to me feeling smug.
How I wish I can wipe off that smug look on his face " Pig"

I walked out of the room. I didn't turn to see whether he was following or not, who cares. I strode downstairs where I saw a lot of maids going helter-skelter. I paused not knowing where else to go.
I was shocked when I saw some people sitting in the dining. Xander was among too, he wore a smirk on his face. Their eyes were all on me as if waiting for me to say something.
" Who are you?" The older version of Xander asked confused.
I was speechless, didn't know what to say. Then to my luck, I felt an arm wrapped around my waist. I've never felt so relieved in my life. Zion's breath fan over my face sending shivers down my spine.
He whispered " Be yourself " and I nodded.
He then held my hand and directed us to the dining. Zion brought out a chair for me to seat and then he sat beside me.
" Morning Mom, dad" he greeted.
" I believed I asked a question? " The lady said again.
Xander looks smug like he knows something we don't.
" Mom, dad meet my Mate, Ella"
The older lady couldn't hide her shocked look" What?!"
" Yes, you heard right " Zion said without a care.
Why does she look shocked? Don't I look like a perfect match for her son? I wondered.
" Yes I heard you but how? I thought you were never going to have o...."
" We all thought so too" he caught her off before she could complete her sentence
They thought he was never going to have a mate? If I'm not mistaken this was what I think she wanted to say. Why though? Was he banned from having a mate?
" Don't forget to add that she is human" Xander blurted out from where he was sitting.
" What?!" She yelled
If looks could be killed, he would have been six ft buried Underground with the hard look Zion shot him.
" No one asked you to speak" Zion glared

" Ruth, it doesn't matter. His case won't be the first, we've seen a lot of wolves having a human mate so what " The older man said.
His wife wasn't still happy about it. She kept shooting daggers at me as if I was the moon goddess. Kate told me the moon goddess was like a God to the werewolves. I should never be blamed for this, I never wanted it to.
" Mom please you need to stop this right now. Ella is human so what? please respect my decision " Zion said.
His mom wasn't having it " I won't sit and watch my son get swept away by some human. You are the alpha and you should have a strong mate beside you, not some human who doesn't even know how we rule "
" She'll learn with time," Zion said
" With time you say? What time exactly? You've got no time to sit and teach some human about us "
She was talking as if I wasn't in their presents and it's freaking annoying. I would have interfered if it wasn't because of Zion's hand holding my hand from under the table.
I look back and forth at them. Xander was enjoying everything. He was busy eating his toast bread as if it's the most beautiful this ever. Gosh, he's so annoying.
