At the Northern Fort Novel

Milfiria is a Japanese girl who has been reincarnated as a fox cub. With her white fur-wrapped paw pads, fluffy neck, bushy tail, and round, ball-like figure, she embodies the very essence of a furball. When her mother departs for the capital, Milfiria is tasked with watching the house. Unable to endure the loneliness of her mother's absence, she makes the impulsive decision to pursue her mother to the capital. However, during her journey, Milfiria loses her way and finds herself trapped within a fort that is guarded by exceptionally strong and powerful knights. Stranded in this unfamiliar and formidable location, Milfiria must navigate the challenges of her new circumstances while separated from her mother and uncertain of how to reunite with her or escape the fort's confines.
