A Female Forensic Doctor Transmigrates into a Book as the Female Supporting Character Novel

Yin Tao, a modern forensic doctor, finds herself transmigrated into a novel, inhabiting the body of the female lead's older sister, who is also a supporting character. In the original story, the female lead thrives, growing the family business and achieving career and romantic success. In contrast, Yin Tao, raised by her grandparents and constantly overshadowed by the favored female lead, faces family disapproval for her forensic career. Pressured to quit and marry into wealth, she becomes a people-pleaser, her life only stable due to her family and children. Unwilling to live this "sorrowful life," Yin Tao aims to escape the original plot and embrace simplicity. However, just as her life improves and she believes she's evaded the original storyline, a murder connects her to Feng Jing, the male supporting character obsessed with the female lead. Feng Jing is assigned as her superior, yet initially shows no romantic interest. A grim discovery—a bloated river corpse—causes Feng Jing to gaze at Yin Tao with an unexplainable glint in his eyes.
